Ricardo is an Atlanta based Director/Choreographer and a three time Suzi Award Winner, who's work has been seen at The Alliance Theatre, Theatrical Outfit, Aurora Theatre, Actor's Express, The Atlanta Lyric, Synchronicity Theatre, among many others. He's worked for OLLI at Emory University for the past 6 years teaching dance classes to Adults 50+, and he's also choreographed several shows for Habima, which main focus is to produce musicals with  adults with special needs. His passion and dedication to offer theater to all communities, is what drove him to begin an organization that focuses on inclusivity and diversity.
